Equipment measurability is a kind of design characteristic of convenience degree that measures whether equipment measuring(testing)instruments can be measured(inspected or calibrated).Based on the equipment measurability,this paper puts forward a concept of generalized measurability of equipment which is a design characteristic of convenience degree that synthetically reflects whether equipment measuring(testing)instruments can be measured(inspected or calibrated)and analyses elements correlation(measurement standard device,measurement support model,and measurement support object),instead of limiting to property of the equipment itself.In this paper,we focus on the research on generalized measurability evaluation of equipment.Due to the lack of theoretical research on generalized measurability of equipment,this paper presents the indices architecture of the equipment generalized measurability,discusses many method of the evaluation of the equipment generalized measurability and selects AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then it introduces the main steps of AHP and the comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics,which provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the equipment generalized measurability evaluation system.The choice of measurement standard instrument plays an important role in the elements of the equipment generalized measurability.In this paper,we propose a method of process modeling for the selection of large scale measurement instrument.First,the measurement standard instrument can be established,and the measurement process is specified.Then,based on the analysis of the parameters in the measurement index system,the performance of the measurement system is simulated,and then the process model is created.Finally,the instrument selection and measurement analysis are carried out by means of data filtering and performance index evaluation.On the basis of the choice of measurement standard instrument,this paper presents a model of equipment evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly,according to the AHP,we establish a set of generalized measurable rating factors,and then determine the weight of each factor.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is constructed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the first and the two stages is carried out.
