Design And Implementation Of Inspection Management System For Distribution Station

Power distribution station and switch station undertakes the task of power distribution in the region where it is located,and the stable operation of the basic equipment and components of the power system is the premise of the stable power supply of the distribution station.In order to ensure the stable operation of all kinds of power equipment,it is necessary to carry out periodic or irregular inspection to the equipment and electric room environment,and scientific processing and in-depth analysis of routing inspection data is conducive to making correct decisions.At present,in order to promote the centralized monitoring of the power network and the management mode of regular routing inspection,solve many problems in the traditional inspection work,such as unpunctual or missing of inspection,the difficulty in checking the inspection records or equipment,and the failure of prompt reporting,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to make use of mobile phones and other devices to carry out mobile inspection in the distribution station.Based on the standard of routing inspection of distribution station,combining closely with the routine work of routing inspection and maintenance personnel,this paper abstracts the function of inspection management,and designs a type of routing inspection mode of scanning APP QR code,which is used in routing inspection management system and cooperation system,and a data model is designed to meet the information requirements of the inspection system.The system uses the distributed architecture,adopts MyEclipse platform,Tomcat server,Spring+Jsf+Hibernate design pattern and MYSQL relational database to design the system,uses the distributed architecture,applies the object-oriented design method,and carries on the core code writing with the JAVA language to realize the system functions;the mobile terminal uses Android app developed by Java and communicates with the server interface through HTTP protocol.The inspection management system can set up the specific time of the routing inspection task and the sequence of the routing inspection points,which can increase the on-time rate of the routing inspection and prevent the missing of inspection;when the inspection equipment appears abnormal,the inspector can enter the spot for defect treatment,and can contact the person in charge of the equipment or enter the defects into the knowledge base;he can take pictures by mobile phones and keep pictures of the spot;and it has the function of checking equipment and inspection records.Through the detailed test of the system and its subsidiary APP,the system meets the requirements and the design is reasonable.The inspection system has practical application value.
