| Education cause is the basic cause related to the development of people’s livelihood.The construction of school buildings determines the conditions for running schools and the teaching environment.Under the guidance of the strategy of "adhering to education priority development",the construction of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district has achieved remarkable results through the joint efforts of various parties,and the school conditions have made a qualitative leap.Overall analysis shows that the construction quality of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district is worthy of affirmation,but such undesirable phenomena as violation of construction procedures and lax supervision and management have not completely disappeared.If relevant problems cannot be effectively solved,they will not only threaten the lives of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools,but also go against the construction of a harmonious society in the region.In view of this,this article will take the project management theory such as the whole life cycle management as the guidance,how to carry on the scientific management to the xicheng district middle and primary school building construction process to carry on the thorough discussion and the research.The problems to be studied in this paper cover five aspects: the first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research content,application method,main purpose and significance,research status and innovation points of this paper.The second part is an overview of the life cycle management of the construction of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district,analyzes the characteristics of the construction of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district,expounds the theoretical connotation of life cycle management and the life cycle management process of the construction of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district.The third part analyzes the problems existing in the construction and management of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district and the causes of the problems from the four stages of early decision-making,design and planning,construction and operation.The fourth part is the improvement measures of life cycle management of primary and secondary school building construction in xicheng district.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.It is hoped that this study can provide some feasible strategies for the scientific and standardized development of the construction management of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district. |
