Study On The Adaptability Of The Planning And Design Of Old And Residential Recreational Facilities

The rising trend of China’s population aging means that the proportion of the elderly in the entire social group is increasing,and a series of social problems concerning the elderly’s pension are followed.In most of our country’s elderly people choose to live at home,they are eager to have a comfortable home care environment to spend the rest of their lives.However,the public environment of many old residential areas in China cannot meet the needs of such elderly people for their longing for life.This is because the public environment of the residential area often does not focus on the special needs of the elderly for the public space of the settlement when planning and designing.In fact,the elderly are the most closely related groups in the contemporary society,and they spend more time in public space than in the residential areas.In order to avoid boring life,they need to devote their leisure time and energy to various activities,and the old-fashioned residential area recreational facilities can meet their needs.Therefore,this study takes the cultural facilities that are most closely related to the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly as the research object,studies the planning and design of the fitness of cultural activities,combines theory and practice,and uses space syntax to entertain.Quantitative analysis of the location and quantity allocation of the layout of the facility(mainly from the following two points: the rationality of the location of the facility and the degree of spatial connectivity,line of sight integration,spatial shape,metric minimum path length The number of facilities reflected is configured.Then,the optimization strategy and design suggestions for the old-age residential entertainment facilities are proposed,and finally applied to the planning and design of the appropriateness of the actual project.It is hoped that this study will be helpful for the planning and design of old-fashioned recreational facilities in existing settlements and new settlements.
