Study On The Optimum Design Of Community Pension Facilities From The Perspective Of Resource Integration

With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the problem of providing for theaged has become one of the serious social problems facing our country at the present stage.The rapid growth of the elderly population and the increasingly miniaturized family structure make the traditional family pension and institutional pension model increasingly unable to meet the present pension needs.From the current social pension service system in China,it can be concluded that community pension will become the main way of urban elderly pension.The original meaning of resource integration is to integrate scattered resources,emphasizing resource sharing and collaborative work.The "resource integration" in this paper refers to the integration of idle community building resources for the construction of old-age facilities in response to national policies;and on this basis,in order to achieve community old-age support,the integration and layout of various service facilities resources closely related to the elderly,to maximize the allocation efficiency of public resources,so that the life and leisure of the elderly in the community can be achieved.And the integration of old services is also the general direction of the development of community pension.In recent years,Dalian has actively promoted the construction of community endowment facilities in response to the policy,and made positive exploration for community endowment,but the actual use of facilities is quite different.In the field survey,the following problems are found:(1)The idle buildings provide the construction site for the old-age facilities,but at the same time limit the proper location planning link of the facilities,resulting in poor accessibility of facilities and poor integration with the resources around the community.(2)From the initial daytime care facilities to the later part upgrading to full-time care facilities,in the whole pilot construction,exploring the development process,there is a problem of unclear positioning of service types.(3)The functions of facilities are various and uneven,and there are some phenomena of low utilization or idle of functional space,which indicates that the functional allocation of facilities does not match the needs of community pension services,and the spatial relationship needs to be further optimized.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the community pension facilities in Dalian as the carrier and the elderly as the main body to carry out the research,which includes the following parts:(1)Summarize the relevant background,domestic and foreign research and relevant practice cases involved in this paper.(2)Using questionnaires and interviews to make statistics on the needs of community elderly care services,taking photos and surveying to investigate the spatial layout of the selected facilities and the basic situation of the community.The behavior and spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly in facilities were observed by fixed-point and moving-line environmental behavioral methods.(3)From the perspective of resource integration,the community level analyses the mode of facilities construction,the relationship between facilities and urban space,and the relationship between facilities and community service resources as the basis for optimization;from the architectural level,it analyses the function allocation,space area ratio and space combination relationship,and sums up different types of elderly people according to their behavior characteristics and the use of facilities space.Functional space requirements.(4)Based on the above analysis,the main points of resource integration and optimization are put forward at the community level;at the architectural level,the functional allocation and spatial combination prototype of facilities of different service types are extracted in combination with the spatial needs of different types of elderly people,and then the appropriate mode of community pension facilities at the present stage is explored,with a view to realizing the operable and scientific optimization design of community pension facilities.
