At present,due to the promotion of government policies and the main push from all walks of life,China’s digital industry has made great progress,at the same time,its application is more and more widely,digitalization has been highly valued by people from all walks of life.As an indispensable core resource in the operation of a company,digital technology plays a very important role in improving the management of a company.In recent years,economic integration is advancing day by day,and the industrial structure has also entered the stage of transformation.At the same time,the market competition of the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises is becoming more and more cruel.Faced with this situation,companies should constantly improve their own strength if they want to put themselves in an advantageous position.Human resource management plays an important role in the process of corporate governance.which is related to the competitiveness of a company to a large extent.Performance management is the organic content of human resource management,the quality of this work strongly determines the improvement of the company’s management ability.With the continuous development of science and technology,digitalization gradually begins to appear in every link of human resource management,which not only helps to improve the performance management level of the company,but also can effectively improve the competitiveness of the company,so it is highly valued by the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises.Through in-depth summary and sorting,we can know that predecessors have accumulated rich achievements in performance management,but the theoretical achievements of performance management based on digital background are relatively rare.In view of this,this paper established a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system based on digital technology through questionnaires,literature analysis and many other methods.By taking TD Company as the empirical object,this paper makes a detailed and in-depth analysis of the company’s performance management,finds out the main difficulties,and formulates the performance management optimization scheme based on digital technology.This paper comes to the conclusion that the performance management of digital technology is based on the strategic objectives of the company,focuses on the future development of the company,and links with staff training,recruitment and other aspects of the system engineering,which helps to improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise,promote the enterprise to achieve the innovation of performance management mode,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
