Study On Construction Quality Of Xi’an Yanliang Longyang International Square Project

With the rapid development of social economy,the productivity level is getting higher and higher,and people’s requirements on the quality of life and living standard are also improving.Under the current oversupply market environment,the competition at home and abroad is extremely fierce,and the quality of products directly affects the competitive strength of enterprises.For construction projects,the key factor affecting the safety performance,service performance and fire prevention performance of the project is the quality of the project.Only by continuously improving the quality management ability and level of the project,can the market competitiveness of the construction enterprise be continuously improved and the sustainable development of such enterprises be realized.This paper combines theory with practice,which is of great practical significance.In this paper,the Yanliang Longyang international plaza project in xi ’an is selected as the research object,and the problems existing in the construction process of the project are analyzed deeply with the method of causal analysis.By issuing 86 questionnaires and retrieving 78,more than 20 person-times of interviews were conducted with enterprises and supervision units,and five factors affecting construction quality,including people,materials,machinery,construction methods and environment,were discussed and analyzed.The actual construction quality problems of this project were analyzed in detail.In view of the actual problems,combined with the actual situation of project construction,specific quality management measures for different construction quality influencing factors are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project construction and the realization of the expected quality management objectives of the project.
