In order to build Global Energy Interconnection,State Grid has continued to increase its investment in the construction of distribution network and the number of new equipment is experiencing an explosive growth in recent years.How to achieve more secure and efficient automatic monitoring of a large number of equipment in distribution network has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the urban power distribution area as a research sample,aiming at designing the panoramic patrol monitoring system of the distribution area and solving key technical problems.To this end,this paper first investigates the current management status of urban distribution areas in China and abroad,and finds that the traditional "four remote" monitoring system applied in some areas can not meet the new characteristics of many points,wide areas and frequent equipment changes.Then,the overall function design of the monitoring system is carried out,and the system architecture of active operation and maintenance of power distribution is comprehensively reflected by taking the management of power distribution equipment as the center,the state monitoring and integrated operation analysis of the integrated system as the pillar,and the event center and operation control as the link.Based on the overall architecture,three key modules are designed.The design scheme of intelligent distribution transformer terminal based on EC-IoT,the design scheme of dendritic fiber dual-ring network communication with self-healing function,and the design scheme of "four remote" and the remote vision coordination scheduling module are proposed respectively.In order to improve the data quality of the system,this paper designs the data processing method in a separate chapter.The noise filtering method of low voltage synchronous measurement data,the decoupling method of high and low voltage dynamic behavior,and the method of distributed generation radial distribution network automation planning are proposed respectively.The distribution network automation planning method is proposed on the basis of fuzzy set theory,mixed integer linear model and risk management analysis.Finally,the paper summarizes the pilot construction of the monitoring system in Zibo power supply company,and makes a rough evaluation of the technical indicators and economic benefits of the system.The monitoring system studied in this paper can carry out comprehensive,real-time,accurate,effective and intelligent monitoring and management of the entire substation and distribution system,and improve the power supply quality and reliability of the distribution network.
