| This paper introduces economic and social development of Bayannur city,especially the Bayannur district has been evolving from nothing for ten years,expanding its scale,perfecting its functions.The urban construction,renovation of shanty areas,cultural and economic exchanges are bringing serious challenges for urban power grid.The sharp increase of urban power load presses for electric power departments to improve weak links of distribution network and strengthen its construction.Meanwhile the construction and transformation of power distribution network begins being valued at a national level and sets out to solve network bottlenecks,West Inner Mongolia Power Grid is about to promote the building of intelligent distribution network during the period of 13 th Five Year Plan.According to the above background,this paper does early research on automation development of Bayannur district distribution network.Through detailed statistical data analysis,scientific load forecast,the current situation of distribution network is presented.At the same time,according to the characteristics of Bayannur district overall planning,the overall goal and technology principles of distribution network frame construction are put forward.Combined with municipal construction,distribution network planning as a whole and primary network frame construction scheme are completed scientifically to achieve dual power sources supply of important load and interconnecting operation of 10 kV trunk lines.Based on improving distribution network,the goals and requirements of the distribution network automation system construction are proposed,the main technical conditions of distribution network automation projects such as communication network are analyzed,a feasible implementing scheme is developed step by step. |
