Research On CG Company Procurement Management Improvement

The industry competition becomes increasingly fierce since the 21st century,under the extensive use of economic integration and internet,the market competition is no longer limited to the product competition between enterprises,but the competition between supply chain.More circumstances,Supply chain decide which one can acquire the superiority or dominant position.Procurement management as a significant part of supply chain,has become an important value-added process of supply chain management system,and it has a core competitiveness of great significance.Enterprises have attached great importance from production,marketing to procurement,logistics and supply chain.Whether procurement process specific,procurement benefit and procurement efficiency highly or lowly,which directly determine the profitability,market competitiveness,enterprise' survival and development.Procurement as the source of enterprise profit,the foundation of the quality and efficiency,facing the competition in the global market,must establish the global supply chain cooperation.By means of scientific management,enterprise must optimize the traditional procurement mode,improve supply chain advantage,reduce procurement costs,achieve the maximization of the interest,and achieve win-win situation.This paper focuses on the study of procurement management status of CG group company.First,it introduces the fundamental theory of supply chain procurement management,secondly analyzed actual operation of CG procurement department and discussed existing problems,thirdly combing with the actual situation,put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions from the procurement management and improvement,supplier management and assessment,supplier strategy alliance and so on,finally,provided safeguard suggestion for implementing procurement department improvement.
