Study On Urban Design Scheme Comparison Of The Commercial Center In Small And Medium-Sized City

Commercial center is the most dynamic part of a city.With the rapid development of social economy,many commercial centers in small and medium-sized cities begin to be renovated and renovated,under the guidance of a urban design scheme.The current method of urban design scheme comparison is empirical analysis method,which is relatively weak in science and reliability.It needs a scientific comparison method.In this thesis,a design model of small and medium-sized city commercial center is proposed.Firstly,based on the theoretical basis and practical work experience,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,which is composed of 5criteria layers(urban functional benefit,cultural and artistic benefit,social benefit,economic benefit and environmental benefit)and 17 index layers.The weight of the index is determined by the method of AHP.Secondly,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of grey correlation and TOPSIS method,a method of combining grey correlation with TOPSIS method is proposed to compare urban design scheme.Combined with the concept of the degree of membership in fuzzy mathematics,the paper assigns value to qualitative index the qualitative index,combined with the quantitative and qualitative indexes,the evaluation matrix is established.According to the method of dimensionless,the weighted matrix is formed.Based on grey correlation,the grey correlation coefficient matrix is obtained.By introducing the grey correlation analysis to determine the positive and negative ideal scheme.The next step is calculating the Euclidean distance between the positive and negative ideal objects,and the relative proximity degree of each target is finally obtained,and the best plan is selected according to the numeric value.Finally,taking the urban design scheme of the two sides and the surrounding areas of North Shengli Road in Xinyu as an example,this paper uses the grey correlation-TOPSIS method to establish the urban design scheme comparisonmodel,and compares the 3 alternatives.The verification shows that the application of mathematical models in practical work is reasonable.
