| The overall development of Beijing’s colleges and universities,the central colleges and universities to accelerate the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines,take the initiative to undertake the task of Beijing’s "four centers." Driven by the central colleges and universities,the municipal colleges and universities merged with the central colleges and developed simultaneously to improve the overall comprehensive competitiveness of Beijing’s higher education,and put forward higher requirements for the campus planning and architectural design of the municipal colleges and universities.Campus construction needs to be better optimized and integrated.The construction of infrastructure is the basic requirement for ensuring the rapid and high-quality development of higher education.Among them,the overall teaching building has appeared in the planning and design of more and more campuses.On the basis of the architectural adaptive design theory,the study of the monolithic teaching building can not only improve the spatial design of the overall teaching building under the new educational concept,but also provide the infrastructure construction work for the municipal colleges and universities.reference.Therefore,the author selects the spatial adaptability design of the overall teaching building in Beijing as a research content,and hopes that this paper provides some basic information for the design of the overall teaching building.On the basis of the existing research results of adaptive design,this paper focuses on the analysis of typical cases,investigates the overall teaching building of the municipal colleges,and draws the spatial adaptation design principles and strategies of the city-wide colleges.Firstly,it studies the adaptive design theory of architecture,analyzes the development trend of higher education in our country and summarizes the current situation and background of the overall teaching building in colleges and universities,and draws new requirements for the design of the overall teaching building under the new educational concept.Secondly,it studies the characteristics and forms of the integrated teaching building,analyzes the influencing factors of adaptive design,from the functional orientation and index determination of the integrated teaching building,the relationship with the campus planning and design,and the specific content of the building monomer adaptive design.Conduct research to arrive at adaptive design principles.Finally,from the perspective of adaptability,the spatial division of the monolithic teaching building is divided into three levels: the external space of the integral teaching building,the internal functional space and the internal non-functional space.The strategy of spatial adaptive design.College construction projects have a clear construction process.The implementation of all projects should be in line with the development plan of colleges and universities.When studying the space design of a certain university building,you can do specific analysis according to the research ideas of this paper.In addition,this paper takes municipal universities as an example,but the process of building design and the content of space design are the same.The difference is only the environmental factors,social requirements,university positioning,scale characteristics,etc.of each region.Differently,it is said that this paper borrows the macroscopic ideas of architectural planning to construct the research unit,and the research ideas of concretely analyzing the design strategy from the perspective of space are universally applied in the spatial research of college buildings. |
