The drive of national policies and the development of higher education in the new era have put new tests on the construction of teaching buildings.However,in Beijing,the total area of the existing teaching buildings in 25 universities is more than 1.5 million square meters,and there are various issues in safety,applicability and greening.In the face of such a huge transformation market,university infrastructure management institutions should consider how to scientifically regulate the transformation procedures of existing teaching buildings.The evaluation of the existing teaching building renovation after use is an objective basis for standardizing various transformation procedures.Although many scholars have made relevant theoretical research and practice,most of the research focuses on the single aspect of the subjective evaluation or green evaluation of the built environment,and lacks comprehensive post-use evaluation research.Therefore,based on the current national norms and relevant theoretical foundations,this paper establishes a Post Occupancy Evaluation system for the comprehensive transformation of existing teaching buildings in Beijing universities,and provides an objective reference for the maintenance and transformation of teaching buildings.This paper consists of five parts.The core of the research is to construct a post-use evaluation system for the existing teaching buildings in Beijing.The first chapter is the research foundation of this paper.It elaborates on the research background,source of the problem,research object,related concepts and research status at home and abroad,and builds the research framework of the article.The second chapter analyzes the management process and content of the existing school building renovation project in Beijing,and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of the transformation.The third chapter introduces the relevant theories of the post-use system and selects a reasonable evaluation model.The fourth chapter constructs a Post Occupancy Evaluation system for the renovation of existing teaching buildings in Beijing universities.The fifth chapter is the application of the Post Occupancy Evaluation of the existing teaching building,and further demonstrates the operability of the post-use evaluation system.The innovation of this research is to establish a Post Occupancy Evaluation system for the renovation of existing teaching buildings in Beijing,which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative,and provides a relatively comprehensive objective basis for the transformation direction and transformation management of the teaching building.
