Cost-benefit Analysis Of Green Construction Of XJY

In recent years,Chinese green building has achieved rapid development,effectively promoting the construction industry to implement the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development.Green construction,as the key link to guarantee the goal of green building,has also drawn extensive attention at the same time.With the development of green construction for many years,the green construction management norms and evaluation system are gradually established.However,the incremental costs that green construction may bring have become the most important factors restricting the promotion of green construction.This thesis reviews the national and local standards system for green construction and summarizes the management measures and advanced technologies widely used in the field of green construction.The green construction technology is divided into five major categories,one by one analysis of technical features and applications,for green construction projects to choose appropriate technical measures to provide guidance.This research takes XJY case project as the research object,systematically compares the economic costs of adopting green construction measures and traditional construction in the whole construction cycle.By delineating incremental cost boundaries and avoiding excessive cost incremental statistics,the continued economic and environmental benefits of adopting green construction measures are analyzed and quantified.Research Quantitative Analysis The XJY case project adopted cost-effectiveness of seven major green construction measures.The entire construction period was calculated as three years.Adoption of green construction technology in this project not only realized no additional cost but reduced the construction cost by 2.39 million yuan.Based on the actual case analysis,this study analyzes in detail the incremental cost structure of green construction,and puts forward that green construction input can be divided into narrow initial green construction input and generalized green construction whole process investment.In a broad sense,full consideration should be given to resource conservation,labor cost savings and environmental benefits brought by green construction measures(such as obtaining government subsidies and reducing sewage charges),and put forward that green construction incremental costs should be reduced To save efficiency and environmental benefits to consider the idea.Based on the factors that affect the incremental cost of generalized green construction and the obstacles existing in the implementation of green construction,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the green construction at the economic policy level.
