Focused on the feature of high integration,modularization and intelligence of intelligent tanspotaion in intellugent manufacturing in this paper,as well as the analysis of the real-time information collection and equipment run status of the experiment.Then design and development of a high simulation,strong interactivity and clear picture virtual experiment system.Combined with 3D modeling technology,virtual experiment technology and a good interactive interface to realize the operation of the virtual experiment,and then use the network communication connection to achieve synchronization between virtual and real.The user can not only perform the virtual running operation alone,but also use the combination of virtual and real to reflect the actual running of the scene.The main research work is as follows:First,the component unit and transport crafting process of intelligent transport system is introduced in the paper.By analyzing the requirements,objectives and function of the virtual experiment system,the model structure and system function framework of the virtual experiment system are designed.At the same time,compared with other software tools,he advantages based on Unity3 D engine development are described,then the system development process is planned.Second,modeling,interacyion and key technologies of the virtual experiment system is analysed and studied in this paper in detail.By using 3D modeling software to create the 3D model which we require and impoet it into Unity3 D as FBX format.At the same time,we can also achieve physics simulation and realistic rendering in the software.Then we study the transformation of the 3D model in space and the methods of the collision and interaction.The collision detection is carried out by adding appropriate colliders and triggers.Through the LOD technology and occlusion culling,the system optimizes performance and improves the operating efficiency of the system.Third,by using the ways of sensors and barcode scanning to achieve physical information fusion and provide practical data support for the operation of the virtual experimental system.At the same time,the mapping method of the system is studied and analyzed.The static mapping of the system is realized by the two-step texture mapping method.By proposing the feature coordinates of the actual device and the virtual device,the SVD matrix algorithm is used to realize the dynamic mapping of the experimental object.Finally,the application of network communication technology in virtual experiment is studied,and the communication between the virtual and reality is realized by using Socket.Then we design the virtual end and the actual end in detail.The virtual experiment system of this paper not only can be run separately but also can realize synchronization through the graphical connection.We verify the actual feasibility and effectiveness of the system by testing the robotic synchronous operatio and human-computer interaction of the system.
