Reserch On The Establishment Of Enterprise Quota For X Project

In this paper,according to the enterprise’s own conditions and engineering characteristics,in the implementation process of the X project,the establishment of enterprise quota.At present,the engineering quantity list valuation mode has been widely used in the construction of our country,and the project bidding requires the construction enterprise to make a tender offer according to their own technical and operating conditions and market environment.But most of China’s construction enterprises has not yet formed their own internal quotation system,not only the enterprise quota,the valuation can reflect their actual construction and management level of the enterprise quota enterprise construction mode in the current list,is the enterprise independent offer,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,participate in the necessary conditions for International project bidding.Therefore,it is very important to study how to develop a construction enterprise quota which can reflect the actual construction level and operation management level of construction enterprise.First described the general situation of X project,and describe the sub project of the project,after the applicability and limitations of several commonly used methods of quota are analyzed,to find out the suitable method of the enterprise,has achieved rapid and accurate preparation of enterprise fixed purpose.In the preparation process of the first ABC analysis method used for the classification of the quota items project,using the technology of measuring method for data collection on a section,including artificial labor and main material consumption etc.,and will be prepared after the quota set into the list of the original offer in the formation of a new comprehensive unit price,B item through empirical estimates the formation of a new quota method,C adopts the national quota item.After the new quota is calculated by fuzzy mathematics method is compared with the total cost of the project has finished a typical project,has determined the rationality and reliability of the new scale.
