Enterprise quota refers to the quota made by the enterprise itself,which represents the advanced productivity of the enterprise.It directly reflects the technical level and management level of the enterprise,and plays a guiding role in the bidding,construction management and schedule management of the project.With the improvement of enterprise technical level and management level,the enterprise quota should be revised correspondingly.However,the traditional quota calculation method not only has a heavy workload,long consuming time,but also has requirements for the high professional level of the measuring personnel,which causes the enterprise quota to lag behind the development of technology,and makes it difficult for the enterprise to work out the construction organization design,quota collar,schedule control,cost control and so on.It has seriously affected the development of the enterprise.Therefore,with the speed of technology updating is getting faster and faster today,it is necessary to study an efficient quota calculation method.Based on the big data,this paper studies the calculation method of enterprise quota,and establishes a calculation model for enterprises.In this paper,after analyzing the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the traditional method of construction quota compilation,with the development of big data,based on the basic data of the enterprise,the framework of the construction quota application for big data is constructed,and it used by the enterprises are improved and the forms suitable for large data analysis are established.Based on the error theory,the cause of system error,gross error and random error is analyzed,in which the fixed working environment may cause systematic error of quota consumption data;the failure of the recorder or the special consumption of the project itself may cause gross errors in the quota consumption data;the change of terrain,sea pull and weather may cause random errors in quota consumption data.In order to eliminate the above error,a data filtering method based on Calman filter is set up to reduce the influence of random error in the data,so as to improve the accuracy of themeasurement of the enterprise quota.The data cleaning is divided into the following three steps:First,judge whether there are system errors in data.Second,with the precondition that there are no system errors in data,Grubbs criterion and Dec arson criterion are used to get rid of the abnormal value with gross errors.Third,analyze the factors that affect quota consumption to appear deviation.Kalman filtering will be used to denoise residual data,we get the consistent data of the actual consumption level at the present stage.This paper starts with data selection and cleaning process to ensure the reliability of the basic data of the construction quota.Then compare the traditional method of quota calculation,study the influence of the random error on the result of the quota calculation,select the two times average method as the final calculation method,and improve the two averaging method by using the Calman filter model.Finally,a comparison between the calculated results and the static enterprise quota is made to test the feasibility of the calculated results;and a comparison between the static enterprise quota with the industry quota is made to test the true level of the static enterprise quota.Ultimately,we set up a method of determining the construction quota based on the big data of enterprises,and verified the scientificity and feasibility of the method through case analysis.
