Research On Enterprise Quota Compilation Method Of Building Reinforcement Engineering

In recent years,with the rapid development of economic construction and the continuous progress of society,many existing buildings with a long history no longer meet the requirements of seismic safety and the normal use of the building structure.More and more safety issues appeared.Therefore,the reinforcement and reconstruction of buildings are becoming increasingly important.With the development of the times,China’s construction industry has gradually changed from the stage of large-scale new construction,reinforcement and maintenance to the stage of the reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings.China has implemented the Bill-of-Quantity model for many years,but the impact of marketization has not reached the expected effect.Most of the construction companies in China have over-relied on industry pricing quotas and have not established their own corporate quotas.There is relatively less research on the establishment of enterprise quota of building reinforcement engineering at home and abroad,and there is a big difference between reinforcement engineering and new construction engineering.As a result,the consumption of human,material and machine in construction enterprises is quite different.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to compile the reinforcement engineering enterprise quota,for improving the competitiveness and the management level of reinforcement engineering enterprises.Based on the research background of building reinforcement engineering,this paper specifically expounds the market environment,challenges,requirements of building reinforcement engineering for reinforcement construction enterprises and the characteristics of reinforcement engineering.This thesis summarizes the essence and characteristics of enterprise quota of building reinforcement engineering,and sorts out the relevant basis,principles,characteristics and methods of enterprise quota compilation of reinforcement engineering.This paper sorts out the common influencing factors of building reinforcement enterprise quota compilation,selects five main influencing factors of building reinforcement enterprise quota compilation,and collects and processes the measured data.This paper puts forward a comparison and analogy model based on FAHP entropy weight method of the same sub-purpose of quota,and puts forward a measured data model of Engineering Quota Based on BP neural network model of different sub-purposes of quota.These two models are used to compile the construction enterprise quota in the reinforcement project of a university teaching building in Jinan,and to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the theoretical research.This thesis makes an in-depth study on the enterprise quota of building reinforcement engineering through the relevant theoretical knowledge,and compiles the enterprise quota of building reinforcement engineering through two different prediction models,which enriches the theoretical research on the enterprise quota compilation of building reinforcement engineering.It helps the construction enterprises understand the constructi on efficiency,the consumption level of labors,materials and machines,and the management ability of the company more factually.It provides more reference for project cost and bidding quotation,and provides more theoretical support for the establishment of enterprise quota of building reinforcement engineering.
