| The quota of enterprise reflects the comprehensive productivity of enterprise, which isbasis of the enterprise internal management of engineering construction, economic costaccounting. Enterprises bid on the basis of enterprise quota, which can avoid blind pricecaused by the risk of loss and also reduce the high price in bidding failure. However, due tohistorical reasons in China, the quota of enterprise development started late, along with theour country beginning project list pricing implementation in the field of engineeringconstruction, a special mode of separation of quantity and price makes enterprises haverecognized the importance of enterprise quota. Therefore, how to prepare a set of enterprisequota, which reflect the enterprise existing level of construction and management ability,and can realize the time, minimizing cost and easy to update and maintain the enterprisequota, it has very important practical and theoretical significance.This paper analyzes the status of domestic research on enterprise quota firstly,establishes the basic platform to study. Through the analysis of the development of foreignenterprise quota course and the current status of research, find out the experience than wecan learn. Then paper analyzes the constraints of the enterprise quota external, internal andexternal factors, focuses on the bidding market of quota of enterprises, establishment ofideas and methods, basic financial data using three aspects of the problem. Aiming at theexposed problems in the process of compiling enterprise quota, the quota analysis of thewhole process of in-depth study, has discussed influence on the quota of enterprisedevelopment bottleneck problem.(1) In view of the present basic data processing of the measured data for constructionquota bidding situation, the enterprise quota is divided into construction quota andenterprise budget quota, quota enterprises in accordance with the contract scope of thedifferent divided into labor contractor enterprises, professional contracting business andgeneral contracting enterprises, it research framework and the respective quota, quotasubheadings form. Combined with actual situation of the current market "clear up","zeroinventories","equipment leasing", paper proposes a set of methods of construction enterprise quota and budget quota consumption and price collection.(2) Construction of database for the finished project cost model, the establishment ofenterprise quota database, enterprise quota the arrangement of basic data, so as to realize theenterprise’s quota of computer information, lay the foundation for the use of variousmathematical method and model of enterprise quota, but also beneficial for data storing andupdating.(3) There is the basic data of multiple factors, using the basic data of ANOVA to collectthe modeling, analysis. Factors of influence should be considered separately in the fixeddivision of project, the factors have no significant influence is comprehensive in fixedquantity index considered, no longer separate quota subheadings.(4) Through the BP neural network of nonlinear mapping, fault tolerance，powerfulself-learning and generalization ability to solve nonlinear factors influencing， themulti-objective programming and large amount of data in the preparation of the quota, thussolving the problem of determining consumption under the influence of multiple factors.Through the above research, paper makes the construction enterprises know how fast,accurate to establish corporate status of enterprise quota, the method in this paper enterprisecost database and BP neural network for compiling enterprise quota is the futuredevelopment trend of enterprise quota, the potential and good prospects for development. |
