The Research On The Method Of Building Quota In Construction Enterprises

With the development of social economy in recent years,the construction industry is also making rapid progress.With the promotion of the bill of quantities pricing model,the role of project quota in bidding becomes more and more important.The bill of quantities pricing model has put forward new requirements for the bidding method.Construction enterprises can formulate quotation plans according to the specific conditions of the project,market competition,and their own strength.This can encourage enterprises to strengthen quota management and improve the management level and competitiveness of construction costs.As the most important basis for the bidding price of construction enterprises in construction projects,it can be said that the internationally accepted Bill of quantities pricing model has injected new vitality into China's construction industry,and it has shown more prominent advantages in practice.However,many enterprises do not have their own enterprise quotas,and a small number of construction enterprises with enterprise quotas can not play their due role because they ignore its application.Based on the pricing model of project quantity list and the lowest bid price,this paper mainly studies the establishment of enterprise quota,from the point of view of construction enterprise,expounds the method of preparing enterprise quota.In theory,the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the main connotation,definition and characteristics of the enterprise quota,introduces the specific preparation methods,standards and processes of the enterprise quota,and discusses the main problems and reasons for the establishment of the quota.From the theoretical point of view,this paper discusses the methods and paths of enterprise quota preparation,forms more scientific and reasonable ideas and methods,and discusses the traditional methods of compiling enterprise quota,pointing out its shortcomings and irrationality.Under the background of the new era,the fuzzy calculation model based on grey theory is constructed based on grey system theory and fuzzy mathematics,and the consumption of the project to be estimated is calculated according to the completed project,so as to determine the consumption quota of the enterprise.The enterprise quota compiled by this method can reduce the number of on-site measurement of construction enterprises and save a lot of human,financial and material resources for enterprises.
