Beijing hyundai motor co.,LTD.,founded in 2002,is by the Beijing automotive and modern of the joint venture company which consists of a 50% stake in South Korea.The 2015 Beijing hyundai again a leap type development,the layout in chongqing,southwest of the hebei cangzhou and the fourth,fifth factory to break ground.The rapid development in the company,the continuous extension of capacity,improve the hardware of today,the corresponding software support can meet the requirements of the information management system of becomes especially important.In this paper,for the Beijing hyundai will VAATZ management information system for performance evaluation of the implementation of this system the effect whether can meet the needs of the development of the current business,the company would like to analyze and appraise the implementation of the system performance,the research of this article is based on this.This system for the Beijing hyundai motor co.,LTD.For production of using dedicated system,operating management is by South Korea's hyundai group according to their own business processes to develop a set of enterprise production operation management information system,this system involves the related production management department,purchasing department,finance department,sales department,and other departments,each department through the system for data transmission,business approval,to make this system covers the whole supply chain process.In this paper,based on the balanced scorecard indicators design to establish the VAATZ management information system of performance evaluation system,and on this basis,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct the VAATZ evaluation model,evaluate the performance of the implementation of the management information system,thereby verifying the rationality of the index system and construct the evaluation model of availability,to further improve the performance evaluation system of VAATZ management information system,thus the system with the actual business for the future development of updated play an effective role in guiding system upgrade.
