With the successive construction of major projects of smart grid and UHV transmission lines during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,domestic transmission and transformation engineering enterprises are facing broad market prospects.Due to the large number of domestic transmission and transformation engineering enterprises,coupled with the recent years,private transmission and transformation engineering enterprises have entered the market one after another,and competed with the state-owned transmission and transformation engineering enterprises in the market such as power transmission and transformation.In the case of complex and volatile external environment and intensified internal competition,the power transmission and transformation engineering industry must cultivate new development momentum of the industry and formulate a scientific development strategy.This is also an urgent problem to be solved in the entire transmission and transformation engineering industry.As a large domestic power transmission and transformation engineering enterprise,YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company has a certain influence in the power transmission and transformation engineering industry.However,in recent years,with the intensification of competition in the power grid engineering market and the increasingly severe competition situation,how to maintain market competitiveness and cultivate new business growth points has become an urgent problem for YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company management to solve.Therefore,in this paper,YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company is selected as the research object.Based on the theory of strategic management and the actual situation of the Company’s development,on the basis of reviewing and combing related research literature,the macro environment of YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company is systematically analyzed by PEST analysis.Combined with Porter’s five forces analysis method,this paper analyzes the industry internal competition,substitutes,potential competitors,bargaining power of suppliers and bargaining power of consumers in the external environment of YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company.The SWOT analysis method is used to identify the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of the enterprise and establish the SWOT analysis matrix of YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company.Further select the type of strategy to be adopted by the YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company.Subsequently,the development strategic positioning and objectives of YN Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company were clarified.Based on the specific decomposition of strategic objectives,the implementation plan of the development strategy was formulated from the perspectives of business strategy and functional strategy.Finally,this paper proposes specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of development strategies from four aspects: company reform,team execution,talent management and existing management system.The research results of this paper can not only provide reference for the strategic layout of YN transmission and transformation engineering company,but also provide reference for the development strategy of similar transmission & transformation engineering enterprises.
