Quality Management Research Of The Vehicle Project EBOM Of A Company

With the change and progress of Technology,the modern manufacturing enterprises are facing the ever-changing and increasingly fierce global competition,the information management has become an important manifestation of the strength and competitiveness of the enterprises.BOM(Bill of Manufacturing)is the core of the enterprise informatization construction,it is in the whole process of the product cycle and closely related to every link of production and management.It is the most basic and important data,and also the core data of design and development management,production management,cost management,procurement management and other fields,its accuracy is critical.As for the automobile enterprises with deep processing,wide variety of parts and sophisticated technology,etc.,the automotive products data is as the center to carry out the work.It requires the enterprises to have accurate sharing of basic data to ensure the consistency of each module within the enterprises.According to the use of distinction and the stages in the value chain distinction to distinguish,BOM can be classified as: EBOM(Engineering BOM)-Engineering BOM,PBOM(Production BOM)-Producing BOM,MBOM(Manufacture BOM)– Manufacture BOM,CBOM(Cost BOM)-Cost BOM,etc.Among them,EBOM is mainly the data produced by the design department,the engineers should design products according to the commodity planning,official sample change,quality improvement and so on,and create product name,product structure,product details and other information.EBOM is the source and basis of data used by downstream departments such as supply chain management,manufacturing,and after sales,at the same time,it also provides the necessary data for the purchasing,finance and other related departments,and its role is critical.Because of the complex data forms involved in automobile platform,vehicle type,configuration,parts and so on,the data scale is large and involves a large number of departments,therefore,how to ensure the accuracy and consistency of EBOM in the vehicle project cycle,it has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of automobile enterprises.The author takes A automobile company as an example,based on the EBOM data management experience in the Automotive Technology Center,to analyze the characteristics of EBOM data,the factors that affect the quality of data,etc.and to study the EBOM data management model used in the R & D field of A company model project development process.Mainly from the following three aspects of analysis: On the first hand,analyze the EBOM data management mode and business process in the development process of vehicle type project,grasp the status and then find the existing problems,at the same time,to confirm the influence factors and importance of EBOM data quality;One second hand,formulate reasonable solutions to solve the problems of EBOM data management in the process of vehicle project development.Through the use of project quality management techniques and tools,to make quality management objectives,countermeasures,WBS work breakdown structure,etc.On the third hand,according to the A F vehicle project schedule,formulate and implement quality management plan,at the same time,to control the quality of EBOM in the process of promoting the project,and check the actual performance and judge whether the expected effect is achieved.The data quality of EBOM directly affects the success of the model project and the operation and development of the automobile enterprise,this article is based on the A F model project,to using project quality management,data management theory knowledge and methods for vehicle model project development process of EBOM data quality management research.Put forward scientific and effective solutions,and improving existing EBOM data management methods,in order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of EBOM data in the development of vehicle type project,and improve the efficiency of vehicle development.It will provide theoretical guidance for the related management in the process of the development of the vehicle model project.
