In order to keep up with the development of Internet,the implementation of scientific and effective development strategy has becomean extremely important job to cope with market changes and own development for all enterprises.H company was founded in May 2010 in Fujian province.It mainly engages in engineering construction,and carries out a variety of specialized contracting work,and hasmany subsidiaries,for example engineering construction,service management,logisticsand transportation.In order to make H can have a clear market position and strategic planning,this article through the enterprise external environment and internal resources analysis gets that H have advantages and disadvantages in the management process and possible opportunities and threats in future development.Finally the paper makesthe development strategy and concrete implementation Suggestions for H.This paper first introduces thebackground and significance of development strategy,and makes a detail introduction about the present situation,and highlights the importance and necessity of strategic planning for H.Then,the necessary professional knowledge and analytical tools are introduced and explained in detail.Next,this article adopts the general environment of macro environment to analyzequalitatively and quantitatively.In addition,the paper also use the method of contrast analyze the competitors.Finally,this paper makes a reasonable assessment of the internal management,including organization and management resources,human resources,technical resources,financial resources and other resources.Then,this paper uses SWOT to analyzethe advantages and disadvantages ofinternal resource management,and the opportunities and threats in future development.And based on the results,this paper puts forward the development plans of H construction company in the future process about economy,human resources and quality production.Finally,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions on the implementation of the company's development strategy from the aspects of human resources,financial management,production operation management and marketing.
