The Design And Promotion Of Fifth Facade Greening In Wuhan

The relationship between urban construction and ecological environment is an important manifestation of the city's image.With the development of a city,the requirements for green spaces are increasing,we should look for the green space from "the sky." Therefore,developing the fifth facade of the building is the best choice under the increasingly tense environment of urban land use.Since the 21 st century,Wuhan has accelerated its pace of urban development.The process of urbanization has achieved remarkable results.High-rises in urban areas embrace more urban populations.However,the urban development has posed a serious environmental problem.For example,tropical island effect,the phenomenon of urban water-logging and so on.In recent years,Wuhan has begun to attach importance to environmental protection and the government has been spending much efforts on urban landscape construction in recent years.However,as our urbanization process continues,the urban population will continue to rise,Wuhan will become a new front-line city in2017.In the future,more and more people will migrate here and stay in this city.In the future development planning,how to balance the relationship between urban development and the environment is the most important consideration.This paper first explains the definition and environmental benefits of 5th facade greening,and analyzes the outstanding environmental problems in Wuhan at present.And then collected a large number of domestic and foreign 5th facade greening outstanding cases and analysis,and the existing 5th facade greening technology was described and analyzed.On this basis,this paper analyzes the present situation of 5th facade greening in Wuhan,and summarizes the advantages and obstacles of 5th facade greening in Wuhan in the future.Then the existing 5th facade greening in Wuhan was investigated on the spot,and the merits and demerits of the scheme were analyzed.It is expected to provide rich reference materials for the future promotion of5 th facade greening technology in Wuhan.Finally,the paper puts forward four suggestions: promulgating technical specifications for 5th facade greening,increasing government support for 5th facade greening,giving priority to promoting 5th facadegreening in public buildings and issuing 5th local legal documents related to facade greening.The purpose is to establish a long-term supervision mechanism for roof greening,to carry out the specific responsibilities of various government functional departments,and to clarify the question of who uses,who manages and who pays for5 th facade greening.Give Wuhan 5th facade greening promotion positive role.At the same time,taking the roof of a commercial building as an example,the design prospect of 5th facade greening is carried out.Wuhan is expected to become a more livable ECO-city.The main innovation of this paper is to sum up the advantages and obstacles of the promotion of 5th facade greening in Wuhan through a large number of case studies,and put forward four promotion suggestions accordingly.This paper puts forward the promotion of 5th facade greening mode in commercial buildings,and completes the corresponding 5th facade landscape design planning of commercial buildings.
