With the development of social economy and the advancement of urbanization,urban scale expands rapidly,urban population increases day by day,urban infrastructure is seriously overloaded,and the public service satisfaction gets lower and lower.The urban underground pipeline network as an important part of urban infrastructure plays a vital role in the development,ecological state and security of cities and inhabitants’ life.The overload makes many cities overwhelmed and suffers from the "city disease".Composite utility tunnel can effectively avoid iteratively mining caused by pipeline installation and maintenance,protect pipelines from corrosion by soil and groundwater,and effectively eliminate the phenomena such as "zipping roads" and "spider webs" in the air.Utility tunnel provides the possibility to utilizes urban infrastructure construction rationally and allocate urban infrastructure resources scientifically.It has significant effect on promoting the overall urban image and creating a harmonious ecological environment.In recent years,more and more countries,regions and cities take the construction of underground pipeline corridor as the solution to the "city disease" and the problem of utilizing underground space.Thus,the underground utility tunnel has become one of the most important symbols of the modernization of the new urban municipal infrastructure in the 21 st century,and has been widely accepted and praised.This article,taking the Yiliulu Utility Tunnel Project in Changchun as an example,applies the advanced management theory and method in the project management to carry out the research and analysis on the construction schedule and control of the project,and gives some advice on the solutions to the possible problems in the construction process in order to ensure that the project is completed with high quality,and within the prescribed time,budget and project goals.This article is the basis for accumulating the construction management experience of underground integrated corridor project,improving the construction and management level of underground corridor project in Changchun,successfully achieving the goal of underground integrated corridor project.This article is composed of four parts.The first part introduces the background and the significance of the selected topic,expounds the research contents,methods and ideas;The second part expounds the background and contents of the Yiliulu utility tunnel project;The third part develops and optimizes the project schedule,which is the actual use of advanced methods and means in project management;The final part,based on the project plan,establishes and improves the project management and control system,puts forward effective measures of monitoring and securing,and provides experience and templates for underground utility tunnel construction in Changchun.
