Research On EPC Model Management Optimization For Yangjiang Wind Power Project Of Power Construction Corporation Of China

Facing the situation that economic development has stepped into the new normal,wind energy has played an important role in China's energy field.How to develop and utilize wind resources efficiently for power generation is an important energy strategy in China's current economic development and also a problem discussed by project managers for a long time.In this context,this paper,through the investigation and study of wind power project of China electric power construction corporation,emphatically introduces related theories and technologies of EPC mode management of yangjiang wind power project,and discusses the management optimization problem of practical application of EPC mode in wind power project.From the perspective of research logic and content,the first chapter of the paper first elaborates the research background,significance,contents and methods,and clarifies the research framework and technical route.The second chapter is an overview of related research literature and the important theory of project management.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of EPC mode management in yangjiang wind power project of China construction engineering corporation and points out the specific problems in the project management practice.The fourth chapter is the core content of the paper,mainly aiming at the current situation and problems of the EPC mode management of wind power project proposed in the third chapter,and proposing optimization strategies and Suggestions for the EPC mode management.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the paper.To do research papers,the author based on the analysis of China yangjiang wind turbine group EPC project management,on the basis of specific problems,put forward the following two points: one is in spite of the EPC mode in China still exist many problems in practical application,but through continuous practice and improvement of function and superiority of the model will be reflected in the project construction.Second,wind power projects under current economic conditions and management level have many influencing factors of project management.It is necessary to put forward feasible optimization and improvement measures to achieve the goal of project management and improvement based on the actual situation and requirements of the project environment and various management elements.This paper has a strong universality of research,which is of guiding significance to the actual management work and provides reference for the construction and management of wind power generation projects.
