Hydropower is a clean and renewable energy source.According to the“13th Five-Year" plan of hydropower development issued by the National Energy Administration,by the end of 2020,the national hydropower needs to complete the task of 380 million kilowatts of installed capacity,of which small hydropower is 80 million kilowatts.This paper focuses on the problems of low operating efficiency and insufficient utilization of water energy for small hydropower.Actively explores optimization models,calculation methods and management methods suitable for the operation of small hydropower to further improve the economic benefits of power stations.Based on the principle of economic operation in small hydropower plant,this paper takes Luowan Hydropower Station as the research object,and establishes the operating parameter library of Luo wan Hydropower Station and the mathematical model of economic operation of power station.Dynamic programming method and particle swarm optimization are used to obtain the optimal load distribution of the unit.At the same time,Lab VIEW is used to design the economic operation system of the hydropower station,which provides theoretical support and practical operation guidance for optimazing the operation decision of the power station.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)Establishing a turbine operating parameter library of Luowan Hydropower Station based on digital information extraction technology.Through a series of methods such as graph import,raster image processing,CAD coordinate extraction,rectangular coordinate transformation,cubic spline interpolation,etc,the efficiency curve of the unit is digitized and analyzed,the operating parameter information of the turbine is extracted,and the corresponding relationship table of the unit's output and flow under different water heads is established.(2)Based on the principle of "water determination by electricity" mode,the mathematical model of economic operation in the plant was established.At the same time,the dynamic load planning method was used to establish the load distribution,unit combination optimization model and particle swarm optimization model.According to the historical daily load curve of Luowan Hydropower Station,the dynamic programming and particle swarm optimization were used to simulate and compare the optimal distribution of active power load of the power station.The optimization results were compared with the actual operation results of the power plant.It shows that the calculation results of DP and PSO algorithms have certain optimization,which greatly improves the economics of the power station,and the PSO has higher precision than the DP algorithm.(3)In view of the shortcomings of the operation and management level of small hydropower stations,a solution for the economic operation system of hydropower station based on Lab VIEW is propsoed.From the practical needs of small hydropower,MicrosoftAccess 2010 and Lab VIEW development tools are used to construct the interface login and system query.Computational analysis,data processing,graphics management,database six functional modules,using Lab VIEW platform to achieve database connection and call,unit data query,dynamic characteristics and unit active load calculation and curve drawing and other key technologies.The system is designed to meet the characteristics of small hydropower,meet the low design and maintenance cost,reasonable update workload and applicable information function requirements,and provide an effective way to further guide the economic operation of small hydropower plants.
