As a leading force in the construction industry,large-scale construction enterprises in China have made important contributions in improving the economic efficiency of the national economy and improving the overall strength of the company.Since the implementation of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,with the continuous development of urbanization,the pace of urbanization has been accelerating,and the development of China's construction industry has gradually entered the adjustment and transition period in which China's economic “new normal” shifts from high-speed economic growth to high-speed growth..Large-scale construction enterprises dominate the development of the construction industry.With the ever-increasing competition among construction enterprises of different sizes,under the influence of the macro environment such as market environment and government policies and regulations,extensive management and market control of large-scale construction companies are underway.Weaker forces,inadequate innovation mechanisms,and problems such as the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries have gradually emerged,and their development strategy issues have gradually become major issues that need to be resolved.Based on the guidance of the company's strategic management theory and based on the current development strategy of China's construction companies,this paper uses the DB large-scale construction enterprises in Guangdong Province as an example,and uses literature analysis,interviews,and case studies to empirically study large-scale projects.The development strategy of construction companies,based on VRIO model and PEST model,analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of construction companies.Based on this,the SWOT matrix model is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of DB construction companies and summarize the current competition of DB construction companies.Advantages and problems faced in the process of enterprise development,according to SWOT development strategy portfolio analysis,pointed out that the current development strategy and the discovery of corporate development strategy deficiencies.Based on the analysis of strategic status of DB construction companies,the company's overall strategic objectives are defined according to the principles of corporate strategic development.Finally,strategic planning is described in detail from both the long-term development and long-term development of the company.Finally,from the enterprise level,the competition level,and the functional level,the specific plan for the implementation of the strategy is determined,and the smooth implementation of the company's strategy is ensured from the perspective of the organization and human resources.This article tries to provide research and suggestions for the development of large-scale construction enterprises by studying the development strategy of DB large-scale construction enterprises,and help them to improve the core competitiveness,comprehensive benefits,and internationalization of construction companies so as to optimize and adjust large-scale buildings.The management and management of an enterprise ultimately achieves the sustainable development of its health and coordination.
