This paper mainly studies and designs the grid planning management system of Ganzi Power Supply Company,Sichuan Power Company of State Grid Corporation of China.Aiming at the power grid planning and management problems of power supply companies.This paper designs the system structure hierarchically based on MVC design pattern,and adopts ASP.NET platform to implement the power grid planning and management system,which can complete the prediction of power demand data information and the management of power grid planning objectives,basically realize the functions of power grid current situation management,power demand prediction,power grid planning objectives management,power grid planning and management,planning effectiveness analysis,system management,etc.,solve the problems of power grid planning and management difficulties,inaccurate power load prediction,etc.,and make the power grid planning and management process standardized and automated.At the same time,in order to avoid system running errors,this paper uses LoadRunner software to record test scripts,and carries out system functional tests and non-functional tests on the power grid planning management system.The final results show that the system meets the system performance requirements.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the function design objectives of each module of the system are firstly analyzed from the aspects of different user roles and system business requirements,and the following system requirements are analyzed: the current power grid management function requirements,the power demand forecast function requirements,the power grid planning target management function requirements,the power grid planning management requirements,the planning effectiveness analysis function requirements,and the system management function requirements.(2)In the process of system design,according to the design principles of the system,the architecture design of the power grid planning management system and the topology structure design of the system network are firstly carried out,and then the system function structure design and the database design are respectively completed.In the aspect of software design,this paper uses C# development language to build a Web service system platform.According to MVC design pattern,it completes the construction of customer layer,Web middle layer and data layer.When accessing the system function interface,information interacts through MVC design pattern of Web middle layer,analyzes and processes the operation of the model to process user requests,and finally transfers the data back to the view layer.(3)In the process of system function realization,this paper uses class diagram and sequence diagram to describe the realization process of power grid planning system,and respectively expounds the function realization methods of power grid status management module,power demand forecast module,power grid planning target management module,power grid planning management module,planning effect analysis module and system management module in power grid planning management system,and displays the corresponding function realization test interface.(4)In order to avoid all kinds of operation problems or errors in the operation process of the system,this paper tests and analyzes the power grid planning management system,records the test script using LoadRunner software,and describes the system performance test method.Performance tests show that the power grid planning management system meets the system performance requirements.
