Strategy Analysis Of Bayannur Grid Planning Based On The Lean Principles

Western countries in earlier period began to have considerable insight the for enterprise strategy.In our country,in the early years,the number of enterprises was exponential growth,to the late development also gradually calmed,both in business and market seeking steady development.So facing the present situation of the competition between domestic enterprises,many enterprises are gradually facing crisis,so all of them make their strategic adjustment,by this way to gradually adapt to the fierce competition environment.The electric power bureau of Bayannur city stand all industrial and mining enterprises,agriculture,the urban and rural residents' responsibility of the use of power,so how to through strategic plan to guide the power grid planning work,service the company's future development strategy,keep the enterprise the core competitive ability are obviously very important in the future development.This thesis is divided into five parts.we elaborated the research background,purpose and method in the first part;In the second chapter,we analysis the domestic and overseas strategic development and introduces the related theory analysis and strategic management combining the advanced strategic development pattern.In the third chapter,we firstly introduces some strategic status of the power in the city Bayannur,after that,we used the PEST model through four dimensions to analysis the present situation of power strategic environment in Bayannur.In the chapter four,we provides a strategic choice of Bayannur city by using the SWOT method,then we come up with the strategic measures of lean management to improve the quality of power grid planning and the service strategy of the company.Finally,we summarized and prospected the strategic analysis of the full text.
