Nowadays,building energy conservation is toward higher energy saving goal.Our country continuously explores related knowledge of passive construction and constantly develops passive building energy efficiency standards of the implementation of the work.At present,our country is strongly advocating the passive construction.But as a result of the limitation of conditions,the implementation is not so easy.So in terms of green building green transformation and new construction of each climate zone of existing buildings in China,the key is to study different climate zones that China will be applied to passive technology.Improving the thermal performance of building envelope is the key to building energy efficiency.But the wall is one of the largest part of building envelope heat transferring area,so how to effectively control the wall heat insulation performance became an important part of the building energy saving.Building external wall thermal insulation is an important way to improve thermal performance of building envelope.However,insulation materials plays a vital role in the thermal insulation system.Therefore,the optimum thickness of thermal insulation material is of great significance.In this paper,using the passive technology,wall insulating technique,make preparation for exploring the energy saving effect of passive construction.In this paper,we chose two kinds of thermal insulation material with high performance and PS.On the premise of comply with current energy efficiency standards,according to the parameters of the structure of wall body material,its thickness are calculated respectively.And the thickness values on the basis of it are divided by step.Each thickness of thermal insulation material in freezing area and cold areas will be consisted of six kinds of schemes and be simulating energy consumption by DeST-h in the same building mode,and analyze building energy consumption under the different schemes.At the same time,different solutions of energy saving and energy consumption will be analyzed.It is concluded that the same kind of thermal insulation material in freezing area of energy saving is bigger than cold areas through analyzing.Energy saving effect of modified PU is the best one of three;SEPS takes the second place;ordinary EPS is relatively poor.While improving the insulation performance of walls can reduce heating energy onsumption of air conditioning,but not infinitely increase the thickness of the insulation material.But reasonably to choose the thickness of the insulation material in the life cycle minimize the sum of energy consumption cost of the heating and the air conditioning and the investment cost of insulation materials.Therefore,this paper will use NPV(Net Present Value)of engineering economics in the whole Life Cycle of thermal insulation material cost LCC(Life Cycle Costs)to calculate on the basis of different thickness of thermal insulation material.And calculating the fitted data determines the optimum thickness value by using MATLAB.Ultimately determines the optimum thickness value of thermal insulation material,40mm?26mm?65mm?62mm?44mm and 76mm respectively,and provide theoretical basis for the design and construction.
