Research On Bid Tender Evaluation Method Of Railway Engineering

With the development of our country's economy,the number of railway engineering.In our country's engineering bidding,early railway engineering bidding industry were introduced.In the construction of railway engineering,the bidding and tendering has played a positive role to promote the development of railway engineering construction in China.Although the railway engineering bidding work has experienced a long-term development of our country,but there are still many problems,no science and no bidding process specification,bid evaluation method also has many unreasonable places needs to be improved,tendering and bidding is unfair,appeared in the process of the series of standard compound standard behavior,using power trading behavior and so on.Therefore,the specification of railway engineering tendering and bidding and bid evaluation process is a hot topic in the field of current needs.In this paper,the author combined with some of its own in the tendering and bidding management practice work experience,analyzes the problems of bidding evaluation at this stage,summarizes the railway engineering bidding key point,to study the bidding quotation and bid evaluation methods.According to the bidding law of the People's Republic of China and related laws and regulations,to the study on the evaluation method of railway engineering,special study,the content of the tender offer,such as deepening the understanding of railway engineering bid evaluation method,put forward the reasonable evaluation method.
