Study On The Evaluation Of Residents’ Satisfaction In Centralized Settlement Area

Farmers’ centralized resettlement area to intensive use of rural residential land,improve rural living conditions,but with the scale enlargement of farmers’ centralized resettlement area construction,the construction of effect,but residents satisfaction began to be questioned.In view of this,the author selected farmers centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction as the research object,carries on the system analysis,clear living status and the gap between expectations and to guide the healthy and orderly development of farmers’ centralized resettlement area.Residents satisfaction evaluation related research at home and abroad,this paper,based on the analysis of farmers’ concentration resettlement area particularity,compared the advantages and disadvantages of different residents satisfaction evaluation methods and using range,selecting conform to farmers’ centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction evaluation method.Analyzes the current situation of the problem of farmers concentrated relocation area and the influence factors of residents’ satisfaction,combining with the results of residents satisfaction evaluation indexes,through factor analysis,the membership degree analysis,correlation analysis,discrimination analysis and reliability test,establish farmers’ centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction evaluation index system,constructing farmer centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction evaluation model.The study in nanjing pukou,for example,based on the general situation of development and farmers’ centralized resettlement pukou district construction of comb,select six representative farmers centralized resettlement area for empirical research.Effective questionnaires were obtained through preliminary investigation and formal investigation,and the residents’ satisfaction was comprehensively evaluated through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on the analysis of the results of the residents’ satisfaction evaluation in the rural settlement area,the key indicators influencing the residents’ satisfaction are revealed,and the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.The author based on the research of the farmers’ centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction get the following conclusions:(1)selection of factor analysis,correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analysis method of IPA study corresponding content of farmers’ concentration resettlement area residents satisfaction,use the analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method to determine the weight of evaluation index;(2)build the housing characteristics,supporting facilities,community environment,community life,economic situation,the placement of the perception,six dimensions of farmers’ centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction evaluation index system;(3)nanjing pukou farmers centralized resettlement area residents’ overall satisfaction is not high,the differences between different evaluation index satisfaction and attention degree,satisfaction from high to low in turn is: the housing characteristics,community environment,supporting facilities,perception,community life,economic situation,attention from high to low in turn is: the economic situation,supporting facilities,resettlement perception,housing,community environment,community life;(4)improve farmers’ centralized resettlement area residents satisfaction strategy from the following several aspects: strengthening improvement "high concern-low satisfaction" indicators,improve maintenance "low attention-low satisfaction" index,focus on optimization "low attention-high satisfaction" index "high concern-high satisfaction",development management indicators,and from the housing characteristics,supporting facilities,community environment,community life,economic situation and placement six different dimensions of perception of targeted recommendations.
