Study On The South Entrance Landscape Project Cost Management In Da Pingshan Park

Cost management is one of the three key elements in the implementation of garden engineering,and it is the most important factor for garden construction enterprises to survive in the market competition.In recent years,the rapid urbanization process has led a large number of garden construction projects and many garden construction enterprises to promote the rapid development of the landscape industry.In the process of project implementation,the cost is often influenced by factors such as schedule,quality and so on,which make the cost out of control.And garden construction company want to improve their competitiveness in the market,the establishment of an effective method of cost control is becoming more and more important.This dissertation first introduces the landscape engineering construction enterprises of China's current development situation and the level of cost management and cost management tasks,contents and main influencing factors,the landscape engineering control measures were discussed,at the same time in Pingshan park south entrance landscape project as the research object,taking the project cost management theory as a basis.Combined with the engineering actual cost data of the project in the process of construction cost forecasting,planning,control,accounting,analysis,assessment and other six aspects of comprehensive analysis,put forward a set of methods of cost management in scientific,on the cost control in the construction process of the earned value method to verify the cost the effect of management.This has a certain reference significance for the current garden construction enterprises in the construction process of how to carry out cost management.
