Combined with the realityof china, the construction of product design evaluation criteria standards integrate into theevaluation index system standard eventually, it allow put forward to design requirementstimely and accurately according to the requirement of engineering construction project,strengthen the unified and the associated with green building standards.In the selection problem of comprehensive evaluation model, the article introduces thebasic theory and the calculation steps of the analysis method of weighted radar, entropyweight of judging distance method and grey correlation projection method firstly, then usingthe three model for evaluation respectively combined with the specific case, calculation andanalysis the sensitivity of three kinds of evaluation model, comparison of advantages anddisadvantages of the models to determine their stability and applicability. Finally, combinedwith the reality of china, the article put forward optimization suggestion of index system andthe optimization route of design scheme of comprehensive evaluation.
