In recent years,as a new concept of urban construction,child-friendly cities have carried out relevant planning exploration and practice in shenzhen,changsha,nanjing,hangzhou,zhengzhou and other cities this year.As urban and rural space,suburban districts and counties have the dynamic nature of rural urbanization and the particularity of urban-rural duality.Therefore,the study of "child-friendly" suburban space use has strong theoretical value and practical significance.On the premise of sorting out relevant theories and practical cases such as "child-friendly cities" and combining with the requirements of urban planning and children’s activities,this paper puts forward the workflow of the study on children’s use of suburban space and applies it to Wenchang street,changqing district,jinan city.On this basis,starting from facility space,activity space and image space,this paper analyzes the use characteristics of spatial children in Wenchang street of changqing district by means of questionnaire statistics,supply and demand measurement,accessibility,multiple regression analysis and spatial syntax,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.Firstly,a child-friendly suburban space use research workflow is constructed,and the six steps are defined: identifying research objects,collecting research materials,designing questionnaires,organizing field research,recovering research data,and analyzing data.Secondly,based on children’s facility space,the basic characteristics of wenchang street facility space are obtained by studying the quantity distribution and spatial distribution of basic education facilities and recreation facilities.Through the calculation of supply and demand density and accessibility analysis of basic education facilities,it is concluded that there is a supply gap of 9712 in the near future in the research area,and the planning needs to provide the corresponding number of degrees.According to the analysis of the service scope of primary schools in the study area,it is concluded that the study area needs to increase the spatial location of school facilities.By standardizing the calculation results and analyzing the accessibility of basic educational facilities in the research area in ArcGIS,the spatial optimization strategy of educational facilities was proposed.Thirdly,based on the aspect of children’s activity space,through the analysis method of questionnaire survey activity space,the activity space types that suburban children of Wenchang street like are obtained,including natural activity space,social activity space and educational activity space.Then,logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of children’s favorite activity space.According to the analysis,whether you like natural activity space is affected by four indicators: playmate,number of activity sites,activity frequency and school type.Whether you like social activity space is affected by three indexes: living environment type,number of activity space and school type;Whether you like educational activity space is affected by three indicators: playmate,number of activity space and school type.Although the three kinds of activity Spaces have common influencing factors,their index intervals and influencing methods also have similarities and differences.By analyzing the influencing factors,the optimization strategy of activity space is proposed.Finally,based on children’s image space,five elements of urban image are extracted from children’s paintings.Through the extraction of road elements and regional elements,the road reference level and regional reference level in the study area are obtained.After the superposition of the road image elements in the study area and the analysis of the syntactic axes of the space,the difference of the road image nodes in the study area is obtained,and the image space optimization strategy is proposed.
