In recent years,with the progress of Made in China 2025,great breakthroughs have been made in the key technologies of mechanical manufacturing,hydraulic and automatic control of construction machinery parts in China,which not only improves the quality of products,but also enhances the profit margin of the construction machinery industry.Driven by the strategy of "one belt and one road",the export volume of construction machinery has increased dramatically.How to ensure the quality of products while increasing production,shortening the production cycle,enabling products to be delivered on time,and meeting the supply needs of China's construction machinery parts and components are urgent problems for construction machinery manufacturers.Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,poor execution of production plans and shortage of funds in the engineering machinery parts manufacturing industry,the characteristics of the industry,product characteristics,processing process and production management characteristics were studied,and the production management mode of the enterprise was proposed in combination with the project.An automated data acquisition device that replaces expensive products with workers'production records and quality inspection records,and low-cost implementation of MES production data feedback,greatly reduces the hardware cost of MES implementation.Aiming at the characteristics of multi-variety and low-volume of engineering machinery parts manufacturing products,a priority assignment algorithm based on first-come-first service rule,shortest processing time priority rule and shortest remaining processing time priority rule is proposed.Through the specific example test,the job shop scheduling method proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional shop scheduling algorithm.The maximum makespan of production orders is reduced by 20.81%,and the total flow time is reduced by 16.33%.Aiming at the problem that the production plan is poorly enforceable due to the difference between the theoretical value of the key parameters of the shop scheduling and the actual production value,a method for optimizing the key parameters of the shop scheduling using historical production data is proposed.Through the production report data of a certain model of the company for half a year,the average processing time of each workpiece on different equipments is obtained,and the data is used with the priority assignment algorithm to improve the enforceability of the production plan.Based on the prioritized algorithm designed in this paper,an economical,feasible and forward-looking MES system was designed and developed based on the actual production situation of the enterprise.According to the functional requirements and modular design principles of MES system,a general data management module is designed,which enables some data management requirements of the enterprise to be realized through simple configuration of the system,which realizes the universality and scalability of the system and reduces the system.Development volume.Finally,a detailed introduction to the main functional modules of the developed MES system is given.
