The optimal allocation of regional water resources is an important subject in the study of water resources.With the frequent occurrence of inter-regional trade activities,the allocation of water resources through trade activities has become one of the ways to alleviate the pressure of regional water resources.At the same time,the concept of virtual water and the use of input-output analysis provide new ideas on setting up regional virtual water trade strategy and alleviating the pressure of the water resources for a series of countries and regions.However,along with the development of Jing-Jin-Ji social economy,a series of ecological environment problems have emerged due to the excessive intervention of human actiyities,such as excessive exploitation and utilization of resources.Among them,water resource has become an important resource,which attracts people's attention.Therefore,this paper selects the Jing-Jin-Ji region as the research area to study the virtual water trade flows between these three places and to provide solutions for solving the regional water shortage problem.This thesis combines the output table of Jing-Jin-Ji region with the water consumption in this region and three industries.By using the interregional input-output method,the virtual water trade is transferred through the circulation of regional products and services.Therefore,the current virtual water trade volume in the Jing-Jin-Ji region and the virtual water flow between industrial sectors are more directly understood.In addition,it provides data and theoretical support for water resource allocation inJing-Jin-Ji region.The results show that the Jing-Jin-Ji region presents a net outflow state of virtual water.Main net inflow department include the first two industries of Beijing and Tianjin.The net outflow departments are the third industry of Beijing and Tianj in,all industries of Hebei province.The Hebei province becomes the virtual water supply place which outflows a large number of virtual water to Beijing and Tianjin,In the first industry,the virtual water flows from Hebei to Beijing and Tianjin.In the second industry,the virtual water flows from Beijing and Hebei to Tianjin.In the third industry,the flow is more complicated and there is no obvious relationship between three regions.On the basis of above analysis,according to the utilization of water resources,we could put forward some countermeasures for the virtual water strategy in Jing-Jin-Ji region,such as optimizing industrial structure,establishing ecological compensation mechanism and advocating sustainable lifestyle.
