This topic originated from the key project,“Study on Green Building Model and Technical System of Stone-cut Buildings in Western Sichuan Plateau”(fund approval number: 18ZD111).For the rapid growth of China's construction area and the increasing energy consumption of buildings,green buildings have become an important issue to balance economic development and environmental impact.However,the current various types of green building evaluation systems,due to the different regional characteristics of each region,often fail to achieve a set of standards in practice in all regions.Therefore,for the regional characteristics of climate,topography,ecology and economic development in cold regions of Sichuan,the study applies to the green residential building evaluation system in cold regions of Sichuan,which is crucial for the development of residential construction in cold regions of Sichuan.This paper first analyzes and compares the mainstream green building evaluation system at home and abroad.From the perspective of the integrity,comprehensiveness and suitability of the framework,this paper believes that the green residential building evaluation system in cold regions of Sichuan should be based on the current national standard "Green Building".The Evaluation Criteria and the framework of the Sichuan Provincial Green Standard for Evaluation of Green Buildings.Taking the regional characteristics such as climate,topography,ecology and economic development level in the cold regions of Sichuan as the focus,and the local residents' questionnaire survey,the current standards are limited to guide the practice of green building in cold regions of Sichuan.Then,from the two dimensions of the advantages of traditional dwellings and the particularity of national culture,the strategy of optimizing and improving the evaluation index system of green residential buildings in cold regions of Sichuan is proposed.After comprehensively considering the regional characteristics of the cold regions of Sichuan and the green performance of the buildings,the complete system of the evaluation indicators for green residential buildings in the cold regions of Sichuan was completed.This paper establishes a multi-level hierarchical model through the professional analytic hierarchy software yaahp.The model generally divides all the indicator systems into four layers,namely: the first layer of green residential buildings is the target layer,the second level of the first level indicators and the third level of the second level indicators are the criterion layer,and the fourth layer of the third layer.The level indicator is the solution level.The indicators are compared with each other to determine the importance of the indicators,and then the judgment matrix of each level is constructed according to this,and then the consistency of the whole model is tested.Then use professional software calculations to obtain the exact weights of each indicator,and build a scoring mechanism and grading standards based on it.Finally,using the evaluation system constructed in this paper,an existing Yi folk house in the cold area of Sichuan is evaluated to form a case to verify the scientificity and operability of the evaluation system proposed in this paper.
