Functional Design Quality Control Of Industrial Buildings Based On Value Engineering

In recent years,due to the rapid development of China's industry,industrial buildings also show a rapid development momentum.In the construction projects completed in recent years in China,the percentage of industrial buildings is increasing^[1].Thus it can be seen that China's industrial buildings will develop at a fairly fast speed and have considerable development prospects.The design quality of industrial buildings is the soul of architectural engineering,the embodiment of the preliminary plan and quality target of architectural engineering level,and the direct basis of construction.According to the analysis of relevant data,the time from the beginning of design to the completion of technical design accounts for about a quarter of the entire construction period,and less than half of the construction period from the end of construction drawing design.However,from the perspective of quality impact,the design phase has the largest impact,which is as high as 70%to 90%.Thus it can be seen that the design stage of the building is the core of the whole construction project and plays a decisive role in the quality of the whole construction project.Based on this,this paper studies the quality control of functional design in the design stage.This paper constructs the quality control model of the functional design process and the quality evaluation optimization model of the functional design results.The quality control model of the functional design process of industrial buildings is based on the establishment of the quality control index system.The quality evaluation model of functional design achievement is based on the establishment of functional design quality evaluation index system.In addition,an optimization model of functional design results is established.Based on the establishment of the function-cost index system,the optimization of functional design is realized by using the principle of value engineering theory and combining with engineering practice.Finally,the quality control model of functional design stage and the optimization model of quality evaluation of functional design results constructed in this paper are applied to practical engineering projects to verify the scientificity,rationality and practicability of the built model.
