In recent years,with the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,the mileage of high-speed railway and the number of high-speed railway stations have increased rapidly,and the surrounding area of high-speed railway stations has become a hot area of urban construction.However,the rise of high-speed railway in China is relatively short,the relevant theoretical research and practical exploration of high-speed railway station area is less,the management of high-speed railway station area planning,construction and transportation organization is confused,and there is a lack of practical experience and method consensus.As a hot area of urban construction,high-speed railway station area will gather a large number of passenger flow,cargo flow and capital flow in the future,and the mode of transportation will be more diverse,which will bring great traffic pressure to the area.In the past,when facing the problem of traffic congestion,the idea was to carry out road engineering construction and increase the supply of regional road facilities.However,many years of practical experience shows that road construction has limited and unsustainable role in traffic congestion control.With the development of road facilities,the space for construction is gradually reduced.Traffic organization and management can further tap the potential of traffic supply when the supply of road facilities tends to be saturated,and bring new ideas for urban traffic congestion control.Traffic organization is the process of arranging all kinds of traffic flow in time and space.The effect of traffic organization is largely influenced by the concept of traffic organization.Taking Weifang High-speed Railway Station as the research object,this paper analyses the current traffic supply capacity and future traffic demand of Weifang High-speed Railway Station,and optimizes the traffic organization from the aspects of road facilities,passenger traffic,freight traffic,slow traffic and parking system.The main work is as follows:Firstly,through combing and analyzing the research status at home and abroad,the typical high-speed railway station area is studied.On this basis,the research object and research scope are defined,and the related concepts,development process and application methods in the field of transportation are clarified.Secondly,the traffic supply capacity is analyzed.The quality of road facilities and transportation capacity are qualitatively evaluated and quantitatively analyzed by road facilities indicators and traffic organization and management conditions respectively.The evaluation of road facilities is based on the accessibility of road network,the proportion of road structure,road line density,Road area ratio and other indicators.The transportation capacity is analyzed from four aspects: passenger transport,freight transport,slow traffic and parking.Passenger transport supply capacity is analyzed from two aspects: routine bus route design and station service capacity;freight transport supply capacity is evaluated on the basis of the types and quantities of transport vehicles in industrial parks and logistics bases;slow traffic supply capacity is analyzed from two aspects: pedestrian system and bicycle system,and road facilities quality,traffic network system and traffic management conditions.The traffic supply capacity of parking system is analyzed from two aspects of motor vehicle parking and non-motor vehicle parking.The level of motor vehicle parking supply is evaluated by the spatial distribution of parking lot and the service capacity of parking site.The level of non-motor vehicle parking supply is evaluated by the distribution of parking space and the number of parking spaces.Then,the traffic demand analysis is carried out.The research divides the traffic demand into passenger demand,freight demand,slow-moving demand and parking demand.According to different traffic demand,four-stage method,market demand-oriented method,spatial syntax theory method and parking generation rate method are used to calculate various traffic demand,and traffic flow distribution of spatial road network is carried out according to the predicted traffic volume.Finally,traffic organization optimization is implemented.The aim of this study is to forecast the traffic demand and optimize the road facilities and traffic organization according to the current traffic supply capacity.Guided by the evaluation index of road facilities,the route selection of grade road network,the spatial accessibility analysis of road network,the width and section design of road red line are carried out,and the rationality of road network design is verified by traffic flow distribution based on the optimization of road network.Taking the balance of traffic flow in road network as the guidance,the paper carries out route location and station setting for rail transit,Bus Rapid Transit and conventional public transit,and combines the optimization of road network to set up bus lanes to ensure traffic efficiency;taking the idea of slow priority as the guidance,it carries out slow lane zoning,slow lane location checking and grade slow lane selection,and puts forward zoning guidance strategy and planning and construction guidelines.Parking index is used to guide non-motor vehicle parking section location research,motor vehicle parking zoning,parking structure and allocation index research,public parking layout optimization,and to guide freight parking location and freight Lane selection with the idea of GIS location analysis function and convenient transportation.
