With the increasing requirement of intelligent and unmanned storage in logistics industry,ordinary forklift trucks cannot meet the needs of development,then AGV forklift truck emerges with the demands of the times.In this paper,the body of a pallet type AGV forklift is designed,and the stability of the designed AGV forklift is studied from three aspects: overall stability,structural stability and anti-rollover stability.The work done in this paper is summarized as follows:(1)The article initially introduces the development process of AGV and forklift.Combined with the actual needs of the enterprise and the development trend of palletized AGV forklift,the technical parameters and usage requirements of the structural design of the forklift are determined.(2)Design and analysis of driving damping system: According to the requirements of use,the different driving schemes are analyzed and compared,the type of differential driving steering is determined,and then the force analysis and theoretical calculation of the forklift model are carried out to determine the main performance of the AGV forklift.parameter.Finally,based on the structure of the differential drive system,a set of damping mechanisms is designed through theoretical analysis and calculation to meet the requirements of the overall stability of the truck when the forklift is running on complex roads.(3)Design and analysis of the eight-bar hoisting mechanism: Firstly,a lifting model based on the hydraulically driven eight-bar mechanism was established to make the forklift reach the requirement of steady lifting.Then the whole model is disassembled,combined with the design method of the planar linkage mechanism,the position of each hinge point in the mechanism and the length dimension of the rod are determined.Then the equations are established by analyzing the force and geometric relationship of each member.The relationship between the lifting angle and the force of each member in the eight-bar mechanism is studied,which provides a basis for the next analysis and research.Then,the relevant parameters of the hydraulic system are determined by the force conditions of the piston rod.Finally,a three-dimensional model of the eight-bar mechanism was established and simulated.The results showthat the AGV forklift using this mechanism has stability during the lifting phase.(4)Finite element analysis of key components and stability analysis of forklifts:Using finite element analysis software to obtain stress cloud and displacement cloud maps of key components,and structural optimization and reanalysis of components that do not meet the strength requirements.It is guaranteed to meet the structural stability of the AGV forklift.Finally,the anti-rollover stability of the forklift under no-load and heavy-load conditions is analyzed,and the formula for calculating the maximum critical speed of the forklift without tipping is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the anti-rollover stability of the forklift.Figure [60] table [3] reference [55]...
