As a traditional heating and power equipment,industrial boilers are increasingly used in industrial production and life.The hot water or steam generated in the boiler can directly supply heat for industrial production or people's daily life.Steam can also be converted into mechanical energy of steam power plants or into electricity through power generation equipment.However,since the advent of industrial boilers,it has been accompanied by problems of low combustion efficiency,poor stability and difficult to control.Especially in boiler temperature control,there are problems of long transient duration and large overshoot of response curve.Based on this,this paper studies the intelligent control system of industrial boilers in order to achieve safe and stable operation of boilers.This paper takes a 35 t/h steam boiler in a factory as the research object,analyses the composition and working process of the industrial boiler,and puts forward the overall control scheme based on PLC.The system uses Siemens S7-200 series PLC to design the overall development process,data conversion program,communication program,boiler water pump control and boiler temperature intelligent control scheme.Aiming at the temperature control problem of industrial boilers,the intelligent algorithm of fuzzy PID control was introduced and the effect was verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation.This paper develops the application of fuzzy PID control in PLC to realize the intelligent control of boiler system temperature.The system host computer adopts WinCC for configuration design,which realizes the functions of automatic control and monitoring,parameter setting,running curve,fault response and alarm for the whole industrial boiler system.
