Applied Research On The Art Forms Of Doors And Windows In Lingnan Traditional Buildings

Lingnan is a corner in mainland China,creating a unique Lingnan building on the basis of showing culture,adapting to the climate and coordinating the environment,and forming the cultural characteristics and traditions of adaptation,compatibility,pragmatism and innovation,adding a brilliant,colorful and dignified sum to the historical volume of Chinese culture.Taking the art form of doors and windows in Lingnan traditional architecture as the research object,this paper first summarizes the research status of the art forms of traditional building doors and windows at home and abroad,and expounds the significance and framework of this study.Then from the aspects of natural geography,historical society,philosophy thought and regional culture,this paper introduces the reasons for the formation of doors and windows of Lingnan traditional buildings,and on this basis,further analyzes the types of doors and windows of Lingnan traditional buildings.Combining with the characteristics of doors and windows,this paper makes a collation and analysis of the art forms of doors and windows,analyzes them in detail from three aspects of decorative pattern,color performance and carving technology,and deeply excavates the deep cultural heritage behind the art form of doors and windows and the social customs at that time.Finally,from four directions of environmental design,packaging design,product design and garment design,its modern application is illustrated.On the whole,the article analyzes and summarizes the application of the art form of the traditional building doors and windows in Lingnan,hoping to have certain reference value and practical significance to the present design as well as the academic field.
