With the great development of China’s economy,the construction industry is facing new opportunities,but at the same time,the state-owned construction enterprises are also facing greater competitive pressure.Market position and advantages gradually disappear.Z company is a large state-owned construction enterprise.After more than 20 years of rapid development,in terms of enterprise management,it is difficult to face the changes of the external environment.Solidified thinking and low efficiency have become the constraints for the sustainable development of the enterprise,which directly affects the competitiveness of Z Company in the construction market.Therefore,this paper takes Z Company as the research object,takes the enterprise competitive strategy as the research goal,combines with the relevant theoretical literature and the enterprise reality,carries on the thorough research to the enterprise’s competitive strategy,formulates the suitable future competitive strategy for Z company,and solves the present predicament.Through PEST analysis of the external environment of Z company,this paper analyzes the influence of external macro policy,economic trend,social environment change and technical factors,analyzes the competitive environment through Porter’s five forces analysis,and combs the opportunities and threats existing in the external environment.At the same time,the internal environment analysis of Z company’s ability,resources and market shows the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.SWOT and QSPM are used to analyze and evaluate the strategy.Finally,WT defensive strategy is selected as the optimal strategy of Z company,wo turnaround strategy is selected as the alternative strategy,and the cost leading strategy is formulated as the main competitive strategy of Z company.According to the choice of strategy,the strategic objectives of the enterprise are formulated,and the strategic implementation plan suitable for Z company is formulated.Meanwhile,the strategic implementation guarantee measures of optimizing resource guarantee,strengthening the fine management of construction process,strengthening the cost control of distributed resources,and improving the marketing quality are formulated.The purpose of this paper is to formulate enterprise competitive strategy and improve enterprise competitiveness.According to the research results of this paper,it also sorts out the experience that can be used for reference for the similar problems of other construction enterprises,hoping to better guide and practice the construction enterprise management.
