Chivalry Climate Control System Co.,Ltd is a manufacturer company of automobile components,as a wholly owned subsidiary of Chivalry Group.This company was founded in 2005.The main products include HVAC System,Cabin Air Filter,Compressor,etc.At the present stage,the company has good cooperation with worldwide well-known enterprises,such as VW,Benz,BMW,Geely,and GWM.In the future,the company will have business on the new platforms of Toyota GM,PSA and Renault.The company has 702 employees,of whom 18 senior managers,19 technical engineers and 34 R&D engineers.The innovation strategy of Chivalry Group is to reduce the pollution for environment,to develop the intelligent technology for operation,make its products enable to anticipate new market demands and strengthen its profitable growth momentum.Under the guidance of group strategy,the company will adjust production mode gradually,and build the backward integration strategy.This article is studied on three aspects of problems from Chivalry Climate Control System Co.,Ltd in production operations after implementation of vertical integration strategy.The first one is the production planning problem.As conditions,operators work eight hours per day.Output schedule is set in advance through a scientific method,however,the actual cycle time is higher than schedule,and the actual output cannot achieve production plan.The second one is the equipment maintenance problem.When the raw materials are cutting and grinding,cutting tools are worn seriously in the equipment.Toolings scrap earlier than their lifetime.It affected the production time and increased the cost of productions due to replace cutting tools frequency.The third one is quality problem.One hand is that serious defects lead to goods cannot delivery in time.On the other hand,defects have brought the scrap cost increase.In order to solve above problems,this article will make analysis and put forward the solution.For the first one,based on the analysis of the main cause,the solution is to adjust the production process and to move forward and integrate the effect process.As a result is that the production rhythm is improved and the actual output also has been increased significantly.The second point is focus on the raw material and tooling usage.The solution is to reset the lifetime of toolings in the equipment and make the procedure standard.The third method is to classify defects and to identify the reasons of defects at top two indicators.To clarify the management quality system of the company,and optimize this operation process and control process of defect products,so that the important product defects are reduced.The improvement scheme and supporting measures in this article can enable to help the company to improve production planning,equipment maintenance and quality control.This article can make the integration of production operations of the company come true at the early stage of the enterprise strategy implementation.Help to improve production capacity and products quality.Play a role of the collaboration between the sections of organization.Improve the comprehensive management ability of organization.Promote the organization innovation on the management method.Make the cost of production tools and products scrap costs decrease.Achieve products delivery to customers on time.The implement scheme of these problems will provide a reference for the company and other manufacturing enterprises in improving efficiency and reducing cost.
