Since the implementation of the project supervision system in China,it has experienced more than thirty years.Supervision plays an important role in the development of the construction industry.However,at present,most supervision enterprises are mainly engaged in supervision business at the construction stage,with single business scope,weak competitiveness and weak anti-risk ability.Along with the rapidly developing economy of our country,and the increasing complex of the project,the requirements of engineering supervision services of the owners are developing in the trends of whole process,comprehensiveness,and refinement.,At the same time,with more and more new designs,materials,processes and technologies being applied to the construction and construction process of the construction project,the engineering supervision enterprise has been challenged in terms of technical means,management methods and technical personnel quality of engineering management services.So accelerating the business expansion as well as the transformation and upgrading is the top priority of the supervision industry.JJA supervision company was established in August 2000.It is a state-owned enterprise with a registered capital of 5 million yuan.It is the vice president of the provincial construction supervision association.It has the class A qualifications for the project supervision of housing construction,smelting and mining.After nearly 20 years of development,sound enterprise management system and supervision system have been established and gradually expanded.But in the current new situation,divergences are engendered for the JJA supervision company on What course to follow.Through analyzing the external macro environment of JJA supervision company and the current situations of the supervision industry,the internal environment of JJA supervision company was introduced in detail from the aspects of organizational resources,material resources,human resources and capacity analysis.Furthermore,the opportunities,challenges,internal advantages and disadvantages faced by JJA supervision company were analyzed.And then this article uses the external factor evaluation matrix and internal factor evaluation matrix,SWOT matrix,quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis method,to conclusion the best development strategy of JJA supervision company is transition to the project management company,and references were provided for the transformation strategy of the other similar supervision enterprises adopting single supervising business as the main service content.
