The construction industry is closely related to the development of economy,the progress of human society and the improvement of people's living standard.As a pillar industry of national economy,construction industry plays an important role in the process of economic development and urban construction in China.However,for a long time,the strategic innovation of construction industry and the application mode of strategic transformation are not outstanding.In the important stage of adjusting the development structure and changing the way of development,the economic growth has been put forward.Slow,overcapacity,excessive energy consumption and low management and service levels impede the development of construction enterprises.In the face of "13th Five-Year" period,new urbanization,regional economic integration,supply side reforms,"The Belt and Road" in the face of development opportunities,strategic emerging industries,information technology and other high-tech challenges,how to adapt to the new normal construction enterprises,seek new development,how to better seize this important The precious strategic opportunity is the choice problem faced by various construction enterprises.Beijing CG Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated as Beijing CG)is a small and medium construction enterprise established in 2000,belonging to CG group.In 2010,it was reformed into a limited liability company.The company has more than 400 employees.It is mainly engaged in housing construction and municipal public engineering.With the passage of time,under the influence of the external environment and the decline of the internal management level of the company,the overall profit rate of the company has entered a lower level.In the last two years,the quantity and quality of large projects have declined obviously,the cost control ability of the project is weakened,and the continuous loss of the talent resources of the company has plagued the enterprise.Exhibition.This paper takes the strategic development of Beijing CG Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the research object.First,it studies the strategic management theory and the related theory of construction industry strategy.Secondly,the PESTEL model is used to analyze the external environment of CG company,and then the Potter five force model is used to analyze the competitive environment of the enterprise,and SWOT is used at the end.The comprehensive matrix analysis tool makes the strategy and uses the QSPM quantitative evaluation method to choose the strategy which is most suitable for the future development of CG company,formulates the relevant guarantee measures to the implementation of the enterprise strategy from many aspects,and then enables the enterprise to survive in the more and more competitive market and run a stable growth..
