With the continuous development of the Internet of Things,more and more devices need to access the Internet of Things,and the power industry is slowly needing to access the Internet of Things.In particular,substations need to be intelligent,and information such as voltage and current of the substation can be uploaded to the Internet of Things.Background software.Therefore,the intelligentization of traditional substation has become a hot topic.In the power industry,the traditional substation still uses the communication method of RS485 interface to transmit background data.Different vendors use different protocols,such as Modbus protocol and IEC103 protocol.As well as the CDT91 ssss protocol,etc.,because of the different protocols adopted by devices of various vendors,and without interoperability,it is difficult to uniformly upload data of all vendors.At this time,the unified protocol standard makes the interoperability of the devices of major manufacturers very valuable.The IEC61850 standard is the mainstream communication standard for foreign substations.The specification defines the information of each power data quantity,unifies the standards of each manufacturer's equipment,completely solves the problem of interoperability between the manufacturer's equipments,and greatly reduces the complexity of equipment configuration.It improves the maintainability of the equipment and saves a lot of labor costs.In the current situation,the IEC61850 standard just caters to the urgent needs of domestic substations,so the IEC61850 standard has gradually become the common standard for domestic intelligent substations in recent years.However,due to the existence of many old substations in China,the reconstruction cost is high and the difficulty is very high.Therefore,it is necessary to transform the old substation into a smart substation.Based on this topic,this paper studies and designs the intelligent substation communication interface by adopting the protocol mapping and data prediction methods.Finally,the IEC61850 intelligent substation communication interface can be matched to the corresponding manufacturer and perform data conversion.This article mainly includes the following content:1)The IEC61850 standard and key technologies are researched,including standard structure,modeling techniques,MMS protocols,and conformance testing.2)The method of mapping Modbus RTU protocol and IEC61850 is proposed and carried out.Research and design were carried out.3)A parallel temper-restricted Boltzmann algorithm based on IEC61850 data is proposed.The method of prediction was carried out.Research and design were carried out.4)Hardware design and software design of the IEC61850 communication interface are completed.5)The configuration of the IEC61850 data model was completed and the communication interface was tested for interoperability through the IEDScout software.The experimental results met the design requirements.
